Built an AI agent on Meta's Official WhatsApp API that replaced direct messages to the office team. Alicia queries live PostgreSQL databases from Supabase using SQL to surface event schedules, routes infrastructure issues to the right contact based on event timeline logic, and handles compound queries with parallel tool calls — with full conversation logging to a monitoring dashboard.
