Alicia queries live PostgreSQL databases from Supabase using SQL to surface event schedules, routes infrastructure issues to the right contact based on event timeline logic, and handles compound queries with parallel tool calls — with full conversation logging to a monitoring dashboard.
Designed a voice AI receptionist using ElevenLabs Conversational AI and N8N. Victor handles phone calls, checks availability, books/reschedules/cancels appointments, and sends Telegram alerts to clinic staff — all through natural conversation.
Built a mobile-first order form served via n8n webhook so sales reps can submit client orders on the go. The workflow upserts clients, creates orders with line items, uploads contract PDFs, and links everything in Salesforce across 4 custom objects — so reps can focus on selling instead of fighting the CRM.
End-to-end lead lifecycle in Salesforce: a landing page captures webinar registrations, a code node scores leads on a 100-point system (title, company size, industry, engagement), then a 2-email drip nurture runs with wait logic. A daily cron converts qualified leads into Account + Contact + Opportunity records and assigns follow-up tasks to sales reps.
